Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly via Stripe on oceaniasmartselect.com.au. Orders are fulfilled by XYX Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 21 632 303 685) from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia.

1. Destinations

Direct purchase on this website (Stripe checkout) ships to Australia only, including all states, territories, and regional post codes.

For New Zealand, other international destinations, or wholesale/B2B orders, please contact us for a custom quote — these are handled outside the on-site Stripe checkout.

We do not ship to PO boxes in remote areas that require signature on delivery.

2. Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

The Stripe checkout shows this exact A$12.95 flat rate for all Australian destinations and parcel sizes within our standard pack range. International, express, and wholesale shipping are quoted separately via the contact form.

4. Tracking

Every dispatched order receives an Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/mypost/track.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

Direct on-site checkout is Australia-only and does not involve cross-border duties. For any quoted international or wholesale parcel handled outside the on-site checkout, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, GST, VAT, or customs charges levied by the destination country. We declare the actual commercial value on the customs form — we cannot mark parcels as "gift" or understate value.

6. Missing, damaged, or delayed parcels

  • Delayed — if tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Damaged — photograph the parcel and contents on receipt and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange replacement or refund.
  • Wrong address entered at checkout — the recipient bears the cost of re-routing. Please double-check your address before paying.

7. Perishable and temperature-sensitive items

Dairy powder and tuna products are shelf-stable at room temperature and do not require refrigerated shipping. Skincare products containing natural actives (e.g. Kakadu plum, propolis, manuka honey) should not be left in direct sunlight for extended periods after delivery — we recommend bringing the parcel indoors within 24 hours of arrival.
